For couples beginning planning 6 months or more before their wedding. Your agreement confirms the exact start date and scope. We bring together venue and vendor sourcing, budget planning, design guidance, timelines, and wedding-day management for a celebration that feels personal and beautifully considered.
Partial Planning
Starting at $5,500
Planning support begins 2–6 months before your wedding, with the exact start date confirmed in your agreement. You have begun planning and want an experienced partner to bring the remaining details together. We help you identify priorities, refine logistics, connect with vendors, and create a cohesive plan for your wedding day.
Month-of Coordination
Starting at $3,500
Coordination begins one calendar month before your wedding. We step in to confirm vendors, refine your timeline, organize final logistics, and manage wedding-day execution so you can be fully present. You may reserve your date earlier, but planning services begin on the contracted start date.

Full Wedding Weekend Planning
Starting at $11,000
Preferably, planning begins at least 2 months before your wedding weekend. Shorter timelines are subject to availability and a custom proposal. Includes planning for your wedding ceremony and reception, one welcome gathering, and one farewell brunch. Your custom proposal defines the planning services, event hours, staffing, and on-site coverage included.
Already planning your wedding? Welcome-party and brunch planning can also be added to Month-of Coordination or Partial Planning through a custom proposal.
Planning fee only. Venue fees, food and beverages, rentals, floral design, entertainment, transportation, accommodations, and other vendor charges are separate. Venue options are subject to availability, capacity, and individual agreements.
PLAN MY OʻAHU WEDDING WEEKENDAll prices are starting planning fees. Your custom proposal will outline the services and scope included. Existing signed agreements and valid written quotes retain their agreed pricing.

Help your guests arrive comfortably and enjoy the celebration. Weddings by Hauʻoli can help coordinate transportation with Sky Transportation LLC, a Honolulu-based provider, for individual weddings and multi-day wedding weekends.

A focused private session for couples who want professional guidance without committing to a planning package. Use your time for vendor questions, timelines, budgeting priorities, logistics, or planning strategy.
Private & Discreet Celebrations
For couples and families who value privacy, Weddings by Hauʻoli can accommodate confidential planning requests, limited-access vendor communication, photography and social-sharing restrictions, and NDAs when appropriate. Your celebration does not need to become public content in order to receive exceptional planning.
