Choose your planning support window

  • Month-of Coordination — from $3,500: Coordination begins one calendar month before your wedding (approximately 30 days). For a September 1 wedding, we contact you and begin August 1. Reserving early does not include planning support before this start date.
  • Partial Planning — from $5,500: Support begins 2–6 months before your wedding.
  • Full-Service Planning — from $8,500: For planning beginning 6 months or more before your wedding.
  • Full Wedding Weekend Planning — from $11,000: Preferably begins at least 2 months before your wedding weekend; shorter timelines are subject to availability and a custom proposal.

Your agreement confirms the exact service start date and scope. Reserving your date and beginning planning services are separate steps.

How wedding reservations work

  1. Send your requested date and wedding details.
  2. We confirm availability and agree on your services and total price.
  3. Sign your personalized agreement and pay the required reservation payment through HoneyBook.
  4. Receive written confirmation that your wedding date is reserved.

The reservation payment is normally 50% of the agreed total. The remaining balance is due three calendar months before the wedding. Bookings made within that period require full payment at signing.
