Full Wedding Weekend Planning
Starting at $11,000

Preferably, planning begins at least 2 months before your wedding weekend. Shorter timelines are subject to availability and a custom proposal.

Includes planning for your wedding ceremony and reception, one welcome gathering, and one farewell brunch. Your custom proposal defines the planning services, event hours, staffing, and on-site coverage included.

Already planning your wedding? Welcome-party and brunch planning can also be added to Month-of Coordination or Partial Planning through a custom proposal.

Planning fee only. Venue fees, food and beverages, rentals, floral design, entertainment, transportation, accommodations, and other vendor charges are separate. Venue options are subject to availability, capacity, and individual agreements.

We plan around your guest count, venue requirements, vendor teams, and family priorities. For couples who value discretion, we discuss guest information, vendor communication, photography, and social-sharing preferences early. Venue access and privacy arrangements are confirmed as part of the planning process.

When should we inquire about wedding weekend planning?

Inquire once you have a preferred date or date range and a sense of your guest count. We prefer to begin at least two months before the weekend; availability and the appropriate planning timeline depend on your celebration. Your proposal confirms the start date and scope.
