Terms of Service

Welcome to Weddings By Hauʻoli. These terms explain the use of weddingsbyhauoli.com and how website inquiries relate to our wedding planning services. “We,” “us” and “our” refer to Weddings By Hauʻoli.

1. Website information and planning guidance

Our service descriptions, articles, galleries and planning resources help you explore your options. We aim to keep information accurate, but availability, venue requirements and third-party pricing can change. Please confirm details with us or the relevant provider before making arrangements. General planning resources are not individualized legal, tax or travel advice.

2. Free inquiries and wedding reservations

Sending a wedding inquiry is free. An inquiry, an availability discussion or a paid advice call does not by itself reserve your wedding date or begin planning services. A reservation requires the agreed service documents, the payment specified in your agreement and written booking confirmation from us.

Please provide accurate contact and event information. You must have legal capacity to enter an agreement and authority to make the booking.

3. Planning scope and service start dates

Reserving a date and beginning planning are separate steps. Your agreement confirms the exact start date, scope, staffing and event coverage.

• Month-of Coordination: Begins one calendar month before the wedding, approximately 30 days. For a September 1 wedding, we contact you and begin August 1. Reserving early does not include planning support before that start date.
• Partial Planning: Support begins 2–6 months before the wedding.
• Full-Service Planning: For planning beginning 6 months or more before the wedding.
• Wedding Weekend Planning: Preferably begins at least 2 months before the wedding weekend. Shorter timelines depend on availability and a custom proposal.

Additional events, extended hours and services outside the agreed scope require a written agreement on the additional work and any charges.

4. Pricing, payments and changes

Website package prices are starting planning fees, not the total cost of your wedding. Your proposal and agreement identify the total planning fee, included services, payment schedule and any applicable taxes or additional charges. Venue fees, food and beverages, rentals, florals, entertainment, transportation, accommodations and other vendor charges are separate unless expressly included.

Cancellation, postponement, refunds, reservation payments and unexpected event disruptions are governed by the terms provided for your booking and applicable law. This page does not create a blanket nonrefundable-payment policy. Website updates do not change existing signed agreements or valid written quotes.

5. Optional advice consultations

The $100, 60-minute wedding advice consultation is separate from a free wedding inquiry and is not required to inquire about planning services. Review the appointment details and any cancellation or rescheduling terms presented before paying. A consultation does not reserve an event date or purchase an ongoing planning package.

6. Venues, vendors and outside platforms

Venue and vendor examples are suggestions, subject to availability, capacity and their own agreements. A mention on this website does not guarantee a reservation or an exclusive partnership. Your service agreement explains our role in coordinating third parties.

Links may take you to services such as HoneyBook or Amazon. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to your use of those platforms. Review the terms shown for any purchase before completing it.

7. Website content and permitted use

Website text, branding, photographs and other materials belong to Weddings By Hauʻoli or their respective owners. You may view and use our planning resources for your own personal planning. Commercial reuse, resale or republication requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law. Photographer credits do not grant permission to reuse photographs.

Do not use the website for fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity, malware, unauthorized access or interference with its operation. Nothing in these terms restricts honest reviews, lawful complaints or other legally protected expression.

8. Personal information and privacy requests

Please do not send payment-card details or sensitive identification documents through ordinary email or inquiry messages. Use the designated payment process when making a payment. For questions about information you submit to us or privacy preferences for your event, contact us at the email below. These website terms are not a substitute for a privacy notice.

9. Your rights and questions

Nothing on this page excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you have a concern about the website or a booking, please contact us so we can work toward a resolution. Contacting us does not waive any legal right or require you to give up another available remedy.

10. Updates to this page

We may update this page and will identify the effective date above. Updates do not retroactively change a booking agreement or purchase. Any change to your contracted services must follow your agreement’s amendment process and applicable law.
