From a welcome celebration to your wedding day and farewell brunch, I bring the events together with a clear plan for your vendor teams, timelines, and guest experience. Large guest counts and complex logistics call for careful preparation, attentive communication, and calm leadership behind the scenes.
Wedding Weekend Planning starts at $11,000. This is the planning service fee; venue, catering, rentals, travel, and other vendor costs are separate. Your proposal defines the events, staffing, and support included for your celebration. We prefer to begin at least two months before your wedding weekend.
